This roll brings us to the warm winters of Mexico with a slow cooked Mexican beef stew (served warm) mixed with kidney-beans and a chipotle mayonnaise you will imagine yourself in Mexico instead of the cold Netherlands. The Slow cooked Mexican beef stew is cooked for over 8 hours to make it super soft and tender.
